










Think of It as Personal Training for Cycling
When you’re ready to start improving your bike fitness, look no further than our coaching packages.
Now, this isn’t like traditional cycling coaching. We don’t create an internet based workout and then leave you on your own to complete it. Instead, our coaches get on the bike and complete each workout right along your side. This allows us not only to improve your fitness, we can also correct any technique issues that might be hampering your performance without you even knowing!
We offer three different coaching options. The first is our Group package. Your eight, 90 minute group workouts will include skills drills, intervals, hill repeats, speed work, heart rate training, and more. If you’d like to work on something specific, try our Individual package. Here you’ll get eight one on one 90 minute workouts with one of our coaches.
Our most popular package is the Combination. You’ll enjoy four group workouts as well as four individual coaching sessions. This offers you an affordable way to have one on one time with our coaches while still getting to train with other cyclists of your similar ability level. Who knows? You may find a few new group riding friends.
